"Dealing with this office as part of my mom’s account. I had to pay her bills and things like that, make changes to coverage and then settle her estate after she was gone. "These ladies are so wonderful😭 They treat you like a person, not a number. "Kimberly is great to work with! I’ve been with her for over 20 years and do not plan on going anywhere. She’s always been kind and quick to help with anything I need. The other people working in the office are great too. I was having issues with the 1-800 number so I spoke with Antonio in her local office and he jumped in to help right away. He answered all my crazy questions with no hesitation and made me feel valued. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of which is rare these days.
