"Teresa helped me fix an issue on my policy that has evaded several others. She also helped me with a name change and removing my renters policy in a single phone call. She was patient and had a wonderful personality. I personally felt like a bother at first but she calmed my nerves and made me feel like an appreciated client. I’ve had my State Farm policy for close to 20 years with different agents that retired last fall (Michael Weeks). I’d been anxious over the switch, since I’d not met my new agent in person. After struggling to get an issue fixed on my policy, I’d been seriously considering switching agents until speaking with Teresa today. Thank you Teresa! I hope to meet you and Kim in person soon!"
