"These ladies are so wonderful😭 They treat you like a person, not a number. "Kimberly is great to work with! I’ve been with her for over 20 years and do not plan on going anywhere. She’s always been kind and quick to help with anything I need. The other people working in the office are great too. I was having issues with the 1-800 number so I spoke with Antonio in her local office and he jumped in to help right away. He answered all my crazy questions with no hesitation and made me feel valued. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of which is rare these days. "I have been with State Farm for many years. Years ago I made a HUGE mistake by trying another major insurance company. I "ran" quickly back to State Farm. Owner, Kimberly Hitchman and her team of agents are truly exceptional!! On many occasions, as well as today they selflessly go above and beyond to assist in whatever is needed. For example, Mrs. Hitchman researched an important matter. Today, when I called to pay my premium, agent Andrea Graysen, upon seeing a message on her computer screen, informed me and said she would call me as soon as she look into it . Ms. Graysen contacted several persons at State Farm offices and resolved the issue immediately. Because of her, as of today I was issued an auto insurance credit for two months AND a monetary refund!! I am so elated and grateful. I thank and praise God Almighty for this unexpected blessing and for State Farm, particularly the owner, Mrs. Hitchman, and the agents that work alongside her for all they do. ☺️☝🏽💕"
